Subject	oil in intercooler/piping, valve covers,

Message	While pulling motor I noticed there was a little bit of oil in the passenger side intercooler and piping. sport 500 turbos only have about 15,000 miles on them. Does this turbo need a rebuild and if so I was wondering what shop is a good place to send it to for this. Also I sent my valve covers to get powder coated and when I got them back the little plastic pieces that are inside the valve covers(unsure of what they are called) were melted and broken. does anybody know where I can find these little plastic pieces and how in the world do you install them?
